Welcome Everyone to Woodlands Critter Quest!
We wonder what critter, or how many critters, will show up next and hope you will enjoy watching the wildlife with us.
We are located in the Triad Area of North Carolina, which is the Winston-Salem/High Point/Greensboro Area. The camera is on private property, consisting of several acres.
The watering hole covers about one quarter acre and is about 10 feet deep.
Critters seen in the area include : Deer, raccoons, Opossum, fox, coyote, bobcat, squirrels, groundhogs, skunks, turkey and a variety of birds.

Well, maybe it wasn't as much of a grand entrance as it was a silent, sneak appearance. This little guy was always an excitement to see when he would appear on cam in 2023. Hopefully he makes some more appearances in the years to come.

Sometimes in nature, it's really hard to pick a favorite...
That was really cool to watch. And although I can't speak for the top half of a frog, I've heard the legs very much are reminiscent of the taste of chicken.
